Return Policy

Aluma-Panel, Inc. Return Policy is as follows:

1. Prior to any return, please call 1-800-258-3003 for authorization.
2. No return will be accepted without authorization.
3. All returns must be freight pre-paid and submitted within 30 days of invoice date.
4. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns with the exception of damaged material claims.
5. Special orders and custom cuts are not returnable.
   
6. Damaged material must be first reported to carrier and then to Aluma-Panel, Inc. All damage claims will be handled appropriately based on carriers inspection report and evaluated on a case by case basis. Please call customer service with any questions regarding damaged material
   
7. Aluma-Panel, Inc. makes no warranty, expressed or implied, beyond that of the manufacturer.
