Are custom cuts/sizes available? Yes, custom cuts/sizes are available. Please call customer service at 1-800-258-3003 to order. All fabrication or production jobs require a detailed drawing faxed to us. This applies to radius corners, punched holes, saw cuts, and shear cuts. Please download and print our Fabrication Information and Charts pages before calling with your custom fabrication order.

How do I apply for credit terms with Aluma-Panel, Inc.? Download and print a credit application. Complete the form and return it to Aluma-Panel, Inc. 2410 Oak St. W., Cumming GA, 30041. Please note that credit approval takes 2-3 weeks.
I would like some samples, how do I obtain them? Use our Sample Request form or call us at 1-800-258-3003.
Is there a warranty on my purchases from Aluma-Panel, Inc.? No, Aluma-Panel, Inc. makes no warranty, expressed or implied beyond that of the manufacturer.

Is there a minimum order for delivery? Minimum order for delivery on our truck is $200.00. Orders under $200.00 are subject to a $10.00 delivery fee.
Do you charge a delivery fee? Free delivery on orders over $200.00 within our delivery area. Orders under $200.00 are subject to a $10.00 delivery fee.
How do I get a catalog? Click on Sample Request or call our customer service department at 1-800-258-3003.
An item I ordered was put on backorder, what do I do now? In the event that an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via email or phone call to let you know. Customer service will advise you of an in-stock date or offer possible substitutions.
